I found this dress at the flea market a few months back for……1 Dollar. It’s a beautiful linen material with an asymmetrical hem and ethnic printed detail. Thrifting and shopping at the flea market is has always been one of my favorite past times, I have no shame in it and many of my most treasured vintage items have been found for less than 20 bucks. I’ve spent a lot of time at the beach lately with loved ones and family, trying to soak in the last ounce of peace and relaxation before my summer starts. Sunsets are one of my favorite things in the world and the sunsets in Florida are nothing short of magnificent. I can’t help but be in awe of God’s wondrous creations in these moments.
I apologize for being so absent from blogging but I’ve been busy getting my life together for the summer. I’m leaving to intern at a Christ centered summer camp in Prichard, AL called Light of the Village (please check it out, www.lightofthevillage.org) for two months, from june 4- july 28th, with a trip to cali (from june 24-29th) in between! I am really excited and blessed to be able to have this opportunity to be a part of these children’s lives and share God’s amazing love with them. Since I won’t have the opportunity or time to shoot while I’m away, I’ve been shooting looks to post while I’m away in Alabama. I hope you won’t think that’s weird that I’m not actually wearing what I’m posting but all these outfits are ones I’ve worn or will wear (when I return!) But I couldn’t bear to leave my blog idle for two months.
I’ll be updating my adventure at camp on Facebook on my personal page, so follow me (search my email, [email protected]) if you’re interested!
As always, thank you so much for reading…my blog wouldn’t be what it is without you!
Love, Hanh
