I feel summer in my bones. It’s quickly approaching and getting way too humid for jeans down here. I have been looking for a pair of boyfriend jeans for a while and haven’t found one that fit right. So I opted for this pair of boyfriend shorts instead. I didn’t think it would look good on me since I’m short but when I tried it on, I was surprised by how flattering the length was. It’s not too long but long enough for those days when I feel like short shorts aren’t appropriate and it’s too hot for jeans. I’ve also discovered a new found love for bralettes, I know I’m probably way behind on the trend but I’ve always been self conscious of having a small chest so I didn’t want to look flat. But I love how free I feel wearing it and its perfect for my looser low cut shirts. I paired it with my new favorite blouse and stacked on some Bourbon and Boweties arm candy for a hot and sticky day down here in Florida.
