Touches of Blue

I never really liked blue, to be honest. But it has expectedly become my favorite color. Perhaps because it coincides with my love for denim, the ocean and a cloudless blue sky.
My eye always wanders towards detail and that is how this blouse came to be a part of my wardrobe.
The delicate embroidery of the blouse is captivating and the airy material is just perfect for this humid florida weather.
I don’t normally wear a lot of jewelry but when I do, I gravitate towards dainty, simpler pieces… with a special meaning or history. Both necklaces are vintage finds, the locket a hand painted enamel piece from France circa early 1900s. The bracelet was gifted by my dear friend Tara Roy on my last birthday.
