3-24 (20 of 59)So I’ve been busy transition to a new site (Blogger to WordPress) and haven’t had to time to post until now! How do you like the new site? I wanted a cleaner, streamlined look that allowed larger pictures so I hope you enjoy it! =)

The maxi dress was something I had to get used to, it’s so hard to find one that fits and is flattering on my petite stature. It’s even more difficult to find a printed one that is classic enough to wear often and doesn’t overwhelm me, because as you know, I like to keep it simple. The stripes in this dress surprisingly elongated my body as it created a column like appearance with the horizontal pattern. When I bought this dress, it didn’t have any slits. I decided to bring it to my tailor and had her put slits on the sides so it was easier to wear.  It was rather chilly this day so I kept warm with my favorite leather jacket.

Thank you so much for reading!

Hi lovely! I was eyeing those shoes too!! But concerned about the lack of height. They are more of a mid-heel, aren’t they? How do you like it?

I feel the same way about maxi dresses, I find them really tricky! I love how casual yours is. I think part of my problem with maxis is how formal they can seem! By the way I am following you on your new bloglovin of course and also subscribed to your newsletter. Can’t wait to receive your updates! <3

I love them! They’re super comfy. I usually don’t like mid heels but they’re pretty close to 4 inches. I think they height makes it ideal for wearing with shorter shorts and skirts, you know how sometimes it can look a little promiscuous when the heel is too high? I found these really easy to wear with almost everything.

Thanks for being so sweet and for the support love! you’re the best! =)
